Shropshire Show Highlights

This years show season has started with a bang at #shropshireshow we took a 3rd calver - Hawksmoor Rene 50 purchased from our dear friends and neighbours Rob and Hilda Clare at their Hawksmoor dispersal sale in October. A milk heifer Styche Paramount Cactus and a maiden heifer Styche Samite Hilgonda. We were thrilled to come home with interbreed champion with Rene. She is a typical example of a great Hawksmoor cow that Rob has spent his lifetime developing and it was an honour to lead her into the championship. We also won honorable mention in the milk heifer class with Styche Paramount Cactus a family that has been with us since the seventies. Pictured below is Rob and his long term staff member Margaret
